I bet they don't know what a Nu-Wave is? Do they cook most of their food? Or is it raw? i know rice is cooked mostly, how do they do that? In ovens? Or in outside cooking pits? The Doughty's. GOD BLESS!

Sorry, no Nu-Wave ovens.  As far as I’ve seen, the basic kitchen is either start up a fire or maybe a gas powered burner.  I don’t know how, but they crank out some tasty dishes.
